Once upon a time there was the hamburger. How old is the hamburger? No one really knows, but this guy in Jersey last year said it was 2 milion years. Then those big hamburger fast for chains came along. And the rest is, you know.. history. Which is totally fine with us, as we are more interested in the future anyway. A future where there´s an alternative to the old hamburger.
So we started looking. Searching. Turning every stone. All over the world. But realized we have to invent it ourselves. A tomorrow where Asian fast food can co-exist with the hamburger. The hamburger can still have an ‘ok’ quality of life. But a few. The other type of fast food people, though, is predicted ti increase heavily. The taste lovers, the street food romantics, THE TRYERS OF NEW THINGS, The YOI people. And it’s for them, that we exist and have kickstarted the first Asian fast food restaurant in Sweden. Ever.
Now, representatives from the hamburger side have told us to be gentle. They predict a huge jump from their territory to ours. Possible mayhem. But caution is not our thing, and probably won’t ever be. Great food, however, is our thing. And happy customers. And strollers, babies, bikes, cell phones, moms, dads, people who talk too loud, music, scents, images, colors, great service, fresh greens, laugher, slobbering, drinking, eating, hurrying, meeting, greeting and take out. Those things are OUR THINGS, And this is our story. THE FIRST CHAPTER.
